Tomato Rasam is a south Indian staple lunch receipe. Tomato Rasam is usually cooked with Tamarind juice, Tomatoes ,herbs and spices. Legumes like yellow split beans or Toor dhal is used to give it a protein burst. Tomato Rasam is tangy, sometimes sweetish, yummy and very good soupy dish which goes well with Vada, Rice and Garlic Bread
